Placable trap that blows poisonous gas at those who trigger it. By enhancing with additional parts, a trap can be set to trigger multiple times. Each enhancement resets the timer.

Lv 1 poison trap on Gargoyles in Dragon Ruins at lvl 9 done 10 dmg. ticks 3 times
Lv2. Increases strength of Poison done 20 dmg to gargoyles at level 9 in Dragon Ruins. Ticks 3 times
Lv3 increases strength of poison decreases recast to 2.8s. Dmg went up to 25 on Gargoyles. Ticks 3 times.
Lv 4 Increases strength of poison. Recast time down to 2.6s. Dmg went up to 30 on Gargoyles. Ticks 3 times.
Lv5 Increases strength of poison. Damage went up to 35 on Gargoyles. Ticks 3 times.
It seems the damage is based on a percentage of the targets max HP while the duration is based on their poison resist. A rookie scout in the sewers had the full 20 second duration while beetles only had a 15 second duration. A regular beetle took 1 dmg in the sewers while a hide beetle took 11 damage.
Subsequent traps do not stack the damage, but instead refresh the duration of the poison. If multiple trappers use this skill, the last trap to be triggered is the one that takes effect. A level 7 trap can be overruled by a level 1 trap.
Damage effect for each level is max HP of target 1%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, 5%. (Get from Japan WO simulator). However, based on damage to gargoyles above, this looks to be accurate.
