Found in the last Dark Angel Statue in Aria Reservoir (E3). The amount that spawns depends on how many players are in the party instance. Players commonly do bull runs as they are a quick source of Experience and Soul Points. In a party of four, each member can gain 2,502 EXP and 25 Soul points per bull.
